Who we are

These terms apply to the website arethonhq.com and to the services provided by Arethon Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Arethon", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Arethon provides marketing and lead generation services to home service businesses ("clients"). We promote services to homeowners, answer and qualify their inquiries, and deliver qualified requests to clients. Arethon does not perform any repair, installation or construction work and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a homeowner.

Client agreements

The service area, job types, qualification standard, pricing, volume limits and credit rules for each client are set out in a written proposal or order accepted by the client. If that document conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal or order prevails.

Fees and payment

• Fees are charged per qualified request or as a fixed monthly program, as agreed in writing.
• Invoices are issued by Arethon Media LLC and are due on the terms stated on the invoice.
• Requests that do not meet the agreed standard may be credited if reported within the agreed window.
• Either party may end a monthly program with the notice period agreed in the proposal.

Client responsibilities

• Hold any licenses, registrations and insurance required for the work you perform.
• Contact homeowners only about the request they made, and comply with applicable consumer contact and privacy laws.
• Not resell or share requests delivered to you.

Homeowners using our website

When you submit a request or call a number we operate, you agree that we may contact you about your request and share your details with one contractor who serves your area. We do not guarantee the availability, price or quality of any contractor's work. Any agreement for the work is between you and the contractor.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to submit false information, impersonate anyone, interfere with the website or collect data from it by automated means.

Limitation of liability

The website and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Arethon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to a client for any claim is limited to the fees that client paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
